Involvement in carrying out activities of sales operations under Brand Promoter (BP) Project (service scope not limited to) by preparing and presenting Sales Dashboard for ensuring effective realization of Sales Target allotted on Cluster and Micro Market Level.
Responsibilities
Analyzing Cluster Sales data and Sales trends and preparing daily/weekly/monthly Sales reports
Qualifications/Experiences
Students who are at least enrolled in final year/semester of Master’s Degree in Management OR Individuals who have cleared Master’s Degree in Management within past 2 years.
Requirements
Excellent personal and professional record in college or previous employment.
Should have relevant functional knowledge and skillsets
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and relevant functional tools and applications
Should be able to work in a collaborative and team-based environment
Should be creative and able to explore various subject matters
Should be proficient in English and Nepali – both written and oral
Key Deliverables
Preparation of BP Performance Dashboard
Involvement in analyzing the improvement areas for underperforming BP
Carrying out survey calls for a better understanding of the service requirement of the market.
Identifying competition behavior and service requirements of the markets and presenting to Sales Team when requested.
Any other task as per the necessity of the Unit.
